Why Your Account Security Is Our Top Priority
When you log in to Abutogek, you trust us with access to the account holding your funds. That's not something we take lightly. Every login session is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Malaysia's leading banks — ensuring all data transmitted between your device and our servers cannot be intercepted by third parties.
Our threat detection system works around the clock to monitor every login attempt. If the system detects suspicious activity — such as a login attempt from a new location or unrecognized device — you will receive an immediate notification and additional verification steps will be required before access is granted.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Extra Protection
We strongly recommend all Abutogek members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via account settings. With 2FA, even if someone knows your password, they will still need a second verification code — usually sent to your mobile number — to successfully log in.
Activating 2FA takes less than 2 minutes and adds a highly valuable layer of protection to your account. Go to Account Settings → Security → Enable 2FA after you log in.
Password Security Tips
- Use a unique password not used on any other website
- Combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
- Password must be at least 10 characters long
- Change your password every 3 to 6 months
- Do not save passwords in the browser on public devices
Login Issues? Here's How to Fix Them
Sometimes things don't go as expected. Here are the most common login issues and how to resolve them quickly:
Forgot Password
Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number or email, and you will receive an OTP verification code to set a new password. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.
Account Locked
Your account may be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. If this happens, wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact our live chat customer support for immediate assistance and account reinstatement.
Not Receiving OTP
If the OTP does not arrive within 2 minutes, check your SMS spam folder. Make sure the registered phone number is still active. You can also request the OTP to be resent. If the issue persists, contact our support with your phone number for manual verification.

Member Fund Protection
All member funds are held in a separate account from abutogek's operating account. This means your funds are always protected and never used for platform operations. Every withdrawal you request is processed from that account and credited directly to your chosen payment method.
