Terms and Conditions Abutogek

Welcome to Abutogek. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and Abutogek ("Company," "we," or "Platform"). This Agreement applies to all use of the website, mobile app, and services provided by Abutogek.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any games or services on the Abutogek platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

To register and use the abutogek platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Has full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not currently located in any jurisdiction where access to this platform is illegal
• Not an employee, agent, or immediate family member of an Abutogek employee
• Has never previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned from the Abutogek platform

Abutogek reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable child protection regulations.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at abutogek at any time. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Information Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. Using a false identity or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Abutogek conducts an identity verification (KYC) process for all members before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and proof of payment method. The KYC process is typically completed within 1 to 4 working hours.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Abutogek will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Please contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Abutogek accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods including FPX (internet bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). The minimum deposit is RM30 for local methods.

• All deposits must be made from a legitimate financial source and in the name of the registered member
• Third-party deposits are prohibited; Abutogek reserves the right to decline or return such deposits
• Abutogek is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers
• Deposits into an account cannot be reversed once used for betting
• Abutogek reserves the right to decline or suspend any deposit that raises suspicion of illegal activity

Withdrawals from your Abutogek account are processed under the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 for local methods
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account bearing the same name as the registered Abutogek account
• All first withdrawals require completed KYC verification
• Abutogek reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 1 hour for bank transfers and eWallet transactions
• VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing times

All bonuses and promotions offered by Abutogek are subject to the specific conditions stated alongside each offer. General terms that apply to all bonuses are:

6.1 Wagering Requirement

Each bonus has a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from that bonus balance. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x means a RM100 bonus requires RM2,500 in wagering).

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless stated otherwise
• Abutogek reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraudulent means
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts
• One user, one IP address, one device, and one bank account counts as one bonus eligibility

All games on Abutogek use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has undergone independent auditing to ensure fairness and genuine randomness. Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of luck alone.

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to assist gameplay is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to exploit platform bugs or technical errors must be reported to support
• Exploiting technical errors to obtain illegitimate wins may result in the voiding of wins and account closure
• Bets placed during a known technical disruption may be voided by Abutogek

Abutogek reserves the right to decline, void, or modify any wager that violates the game terms or is suspected to be part of fraudulent activity.

Abutogek maintains a strong commitment to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF). Our platform complies with all relevant regulations in force in Malaysia.

• Using the Abutogek platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Abutogek reserves the right to freeze accounts and hold funds while conducting investigations into any suspicious activity
• Information about suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities in line with our legal obligations
• Accounts proven to be involved in fraudulent activity will be closed and all wins will be forfeited

Abutogek reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at any time and without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Multiple account registration
• Providing inaccurate information during registration or KYC
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards Abutogek staff
• Self-exclusion requests through the responsible gaming programme

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting Abutogek customer support. Any valid balance will be returned once all required checks have been completed.

Abutogek respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The data you provide is used solely for account management, payment processing, and legal compliance purposes.

Abutogek is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limit – Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits

• Temporary Break – Pause your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 months)

• Any guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or unbreachable security
• Any guarantee regarding outcomes or results from the use of the platform or any game
• Any guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information displayed

Abutogek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or related to the use of our platform.

Abutogek reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email.

The latest version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the abutogek website. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
